The Pt100 MultiSpot temperature sensor combines the technical advantages of a bifilar wire wrapped slot resistance thermometer and the efficiency of a thin film precision resistor sensor. The temperature- sensitive length of the thermometers is almost identical with the overall length of the resistance thermometer due to its unique construction. It is made up of several thin film precision resistors which are arranged on the carrier body at almost the same distance. Due to the smart circuit layout a signal with 100 Ohm at 0° C is created. Due to the thermal conductivity of the carrier body even the temperature of the sections between the precision resistors can be well detected so that a quasi-integral measurement behaviour is realised. The thermometer is available in housings from 2mm thickness and 10mm width in all common overall length from 100 to 1,000mm.

The TMCM-078 unit for bipolar twophase stepper motors can operate with motor coil currents of 0.7A to 7A RMS (9A peak) and voltages of 15 to 75V. Parameterisation requires no PC: All settings can be done with DIP-switches. Depending on the application - high accuracy or high RPM - up to 256 micro steps are possible. The sensorless load measurement detects mechanical blocking and can substitute reference switches plus the required wiring. The inputs for the step, direction and enable signals are optically isolated. The motor current is automatically reduced to an adjustable level during standstills (standby). All of the inputs and outputs can be connected using screw-pluggable connectors or JST crimp connectors. The module is supplied in a RoHS compliant rugged aluminium housing measuring 145x96x33mm. It allows the application of two-phase stepper motors in high torque and high velocity drives, without having to undertake expensive construction measures.

The IBL2401 is a compact intelligent minidrive based on the MotionChip DSP Control Technology. The device is 58x44x16mm and weighs just 60g. Despite these minimal dimensions it embeds motion controller, drive and PLC functionalities in the same compact unit and controls brushless, step, DC or linear motors up to 25W (24V, 1A). The drive can be mounted right beside the motor, all cables and maintenance thus being significantly reduced. Motion programming can be done from a CANopen master via a PC/PLC using the appropriate motion library, or directly at drive level, using the built-in motion controller and the Easy- Motion Studio platform. Its embedded motion controller uses the same high-level motion language for all motor versions, making their technology differences transparent to the user. The unit is equipped with several sensors: incremental encoders, digital and linear Halls. Communication can be done over CANopen, CAN, RS-232 networks, or Ethernet through an external adapter.

In addition, since the chain plates are punched progressively, hole concentricity and accuracy of both diameter and pitch is maintained along the entire length of the chain. This results in a quiet and accurate mesh with the sprockets, and eases pin extraction when splitting the chain. The chain pins are specially case hardened to ensure resistance to abrasion from dust and debris is maximised, which helps minimise chain stretch. The chain is delivered pre-tensioned, and lubricated so that it can be run straight from the box. A lubrication free version is also availalble.

These plain bearings made from iglidur H1, a high-performance polymer, are ideal when a long service life under extreme conditions is required. They are lubrication-free, wear-resistant, and low-friction - even when exposed to heat, moisture, and chemicals. With an upper long-term application temperature of 200°C, these bearings are vibration-damping and corrosive-resistant. The plain bearings can also be hose- and steam-cleaned and feature good chemical resistance, even when PES cleaning agents are used. They also possess high wear resistance, even when run on soft stainless steel shafts. Typical applications for iglidur H1 bearings can be found in the lifting mechanisms for aseptic filling machines, in the washing chains inside bottle-cleaning machines or in bottle grippers. The iglidur H1 plain bearings are available as a standard product range from 6 to 20mm and with or without flanges.

In this DC motors range, there is a new motor 319 equipped with integrated Hall Sensor. This model is capable of detecting speed, position and sense of rotation of the motor and it issues data by means of independent digital outputs. The sensor is available for the whole range of DC motors. The 3 output channels allow greater amount of information to be processed. Two sensors in one unit provide more precision (<1mm against >100mm in mechanically mounted independent sensors) and less tolerance. More accurate position measuring is possible due to 12 pulses/rev. of motor (about 1,000 pulses/rev. of gear box). The motor has a starting torque of 50Nm, IP55, aluminium gear box and great connecting versatility. The producer gives the opportunity to modify any characteristic to adapt it to the customer needs.

Conventional couplings require an intermediate bearing or measuring shaft support due to low lateral spring stiffness in the metal bellows, or have extremely high lateral stiffness without the flexibility for offset compensation. This results in expenditure on intermediate bearings or repairing bearing damage caused by lack of offset compensation. The BKM coupling has high lateral spring stiffness. The torque measuring shaft doesn't need to be supported. The coupling has adequate offset compensation flexibility due to the metal bellows. The user saves time during multiple test stand set-ups because the individual components do not require alignment on the test stand. The BKM coupling can be used for a torque range of 20-1000Nm and shaft diameters of 15-60mm.

The TLS and TSQ heavy-duty telescopic slides consist of 2 pieces of SR semi-telescopics. For the TLS-series the two SR slides are fixed to a strong and rigid S-shaped element, to provide high radial load-capacities with a minimal flexion. The TQS are formed by riveting two SR slides together at the back, for a strong H-shaped profile, offering a very compact telescopic slide with good load-capacities in both radial and axial direction. The nitriding ball-cage series used offer a contact smooth movement, as the set preload remains during the lifetime. This avoids the problem of standard hardened telescopic slides, where the wear of the zink-plating and the not finished raceways can result in play and less stable motion. For the TSQ the full extension is obtainable for one or both sides. The TLS slides are offered in 2 versions, TLSS for full extension one side and TLSD for nearly full extension to both sides. The TLS-series come with strong end-stops.
